__________________________ Room Description _________________________________ The  "family room Type 1" is on the ground floor (50cm above ground level). It has a view of the garden and it is in front of the playground like almost every one of our rooms. This room type has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition, the room has a living room with a corner sofa that converts to a bed and a single sofa bed which can also be converted into a bed. Moreover, the room has a private bathroom with a shower. The balcony is spacious with direct access to the yard.   The furniture is new and simple. The maximum room capacity is 4 people and we recommend it for couples with up to two children.
