Fernando rooms to let, (the “Firm”) who created the website www.fernandosminiresort.gr (from now on the ” Website “) provides its services under the following terms. The visitor/user of the pages of the website is requested to read the following conditions and carefully access/use the pages/services of the website, only if it accepts them fully. The existing and any new services on the website are subject to these terms of use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2. If any provision is held to be contrary to law and therefore void or voidable, shall automatically lapse, without in any way affecting the remaining terms.
3.3. No modification of the terms hereof shall be taken into account and be a part of it unless expressed in writing and incorporated herein.
3.4. Competent court for any disputes arising from this contract shall be the Courts of Kavala.
